Language & Leisure Vacations
English Language Breaks in the UK |
|
|
|
|
English Language, cultural and leisure breaks to practise and improve your spoken English and use of language, concentrating on verbal skills. The programme is flexible, focusing on your interests such as english cultural heritage, the arts, history and the English way of life. I am a qualified teacher of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), offering residential language learning with cultural and leisure activities, based at my own house in Exeter, Devon.
LANGUAGE:
English language is taught in an informal atmosphere, focusing on vocabulary, good pronunciation and conversation. We use current media material, encouraging interactive discussion to improve conversational skills and to build confidence.
The emphasis on your stay will be 'total immersion' (24/7) in the everyday use of the language, within a conversational framework. We can then use these skills to enjoy the following cultural activities:
• We shall visit National Trust Properties
•
Visit famous English Gardens
•
Explore the beautiful South West Coastline
•
Walk in the Dartmoor National Park
